in other words if you want to install ISO files on CD-Rs, DVD-+Rs or USB flash drives then this is the utility for you
and fore the windows bug part : Dr.Web Antivirus, F-Secure Rescue CD, and Kaspersky Rescue Disk, which remove malware from Windows installs.
